god i want a gastly too : D gengar starmie and alakazam were my favorite pokes, they all could use psychic, shadow ball and thunder xd also that + attacks like hidro pumb energy ball and hyper beam, those 3 were my favs :,D

Celadon City could be interesting. Eevee, Porygon, maybe Dratini, Rocket Hideout, Erica's gym... could bring the addition of things like calcium, protein, etc. to the pokemart...

the power plant is in between cerulean and lavender city. Not in vermilion. you might be confusing the power plant with the electric gym
