I'm sure, by now, many of you have raged and raged at Mt. moon part 2... or maybe you haven't and I'm just really awful, but regardless, I have a point to make and I'm going to make it.
Sand attack; "Sand is hurled in the foe's face, making it unable to carry candy for a duration.
type: Ground Attack Cooldown: 36 Attack Duration: 18 "
after about 30 minutes of furiously trying to beat this level I noticed this attack. ever since then, I could have a party of all level 5's, as long as I keep one with sand attack at the bottom, I can't lose. (don't use all level 5's, you won't actually kill anything)
Anyways, if you've got a pokemon with sand attack, every level is a breeze.

Correct nice catch, just make sure that no really quick ones come in and grab it when youre on your cooldown.

Huh, I always delete it because it never seems to stop anything from picking up candy/pokeballs/whatever.
For challenge, I just let them one Onix take the pokeball off to the side and KO'ed the other two at my leisure.

It's usless. If you use a slowing attack And sand attack they pick it up again. and most cases if you plan to kill All the enemies.. you Have to use a slow. making Sand attack Pointless.

whenever i use sand attack, the poke drops it, but picks it right back up and keeps moving with it

beastleh, If I'm using sand attack, I won't be using a slow, for me it's one OR the other, otherwise you've got too many pokemon that don't have damaging attacks. I've found I'll use a slow more when I'm trying to catch certain pokemon. sand attack is more for when I'm just trying to beat a level the first time

BTW, its useless in Mt. Moon 1. It's easy now, but it used to be harder, and Sand-Attack didnt help at all.

It basically means that you can beat Mt. Moon 2 with one level 5 pokemon. which kind of makes anyone who can't beat the game pathetic.

It basically means that you can beat Mt. Moon 2 with one level 5 pokemon. which kind of makes anyone who can't beat the game pathetic. Wich is, of course, totally wrong. A single pokemon is not able to attack a constanst stream of pokemon, as they simply move too fast. HOWEVER, it's fully possible to do it with 6 lv. 7 pidgey's. It's a bug though, because all the stones will be gone. Yet, it still works. Put all on sand-attack until all the green pokemon has left, then have 2 of the Pidgey's use tackle. Takes a looong f**ing time, but if you can't do it any other way, then this is a possibility. I didn't find the wave hard however, since most of my pokemon was lv 22-25. Did it on the second try.

I found on the challenge level, when i set my pidgey to use sand attack, it made the onix drop it..but then it just picked it up without having to turn around to get it..
