I want to ask will now pokemon like nidoqueen/nidoking/... that has its own move pool after evolution stones learn any moves from its previous stage(from what nidorans, etc. will learn in later levels)?

Sam made it so they would learn all of the moves from the previous evolution at a later level.
I don't mind this but I prefer if Sam would stay true to pokemon.

But 3 levels later, and for Nidoran moves for Nidoking/queen it would be 6 levels later.

Thanks. Because I do really want my "pokemon" in PTD can have a chance to explore the maximum amount of moves it can encounter. With this, I think I can for sure evolve these kind of pokemons with stones.

A good way to see what moves a pokemon will learn, as well as at what level. Just go to Bulbapedia and type in the name of the pokemon in the search box. Then do the same thing (in different tabs) except you type in it's evolutions. Then compare their moves! Most of the time it's always going to have the first stage learn moves quicker than the last stage will.

^ Thats what i used to do but now there is no point, just level everything up asap and you get all the moves.

i think that is a good idea for now, while there is a low level cap (and those evolutions would make no sense), but Sam could return it to original, when the level cap is around 100

sam is going to be putting in that move tutor guy that teaches pokemon moves they could have learned at previous levels at a later date anyway.. so i really dont see the point in letting them learn moves they wouldnt have anyway... just level up a nidorino, then evolve it into a nidoking and get the move tutor dude to teach it all the moves it could have learnt before. same with nidoqueen... and arcanine...

afaik, move relearner (not to be confused with a move tutor) lets you learn only the moves of your current form, not previous. so you don't get nidoran's moves, after you evolve to nidoqueen.
