Friend list removal+new forum icons for the top!

Hiya everyone!

There has been a poll about if we should have a 400 signature limit and no friend list or 200 signature limit AND a 200 limit for the friend list. With an overwhelming amount of over 85% there has been voted for the removal of the friend list. Enjoy the extra signature space everyone!

(btw: it is possible that your signature has your friend list stuck to it now. You can modify your signature to remove this)

Wel there was a poll about it... And the results came back that people want more signature space not friends list

I like this update, it feels nice.
also, some of the buttons are JPEG, but being small, it doesnt matter.
