Hi Guys,
I have a level 14 Abra 50% of the way to level 15. All of a sudden, he just stopped gaining EXP! I use Mt. Moon 2 for experience.
Help?

Make sure he is teleporting near enemies same goes for magikarp with splash
My advice would be go onto Curulean gym Poke here XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Poke here XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Abra here XXXXXXXXXXXXXX Strong pokemon here XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Strong pokemon here
The Red poke here should be using something like poison power/sing/string shot As this will affect the oncoming pokemon without killing them so when abra decides to "teleport" on the spot it gains XP too

You should use mt. moon 1 for experience with abra, less maintenance (at least from my experience), but if your abra really isn't gaining any experience, that's very unfortunate and strange because, of course, it's not supposed to happen. It might be a glitch. Try mt. moon 1 with abra with the bottom three spots open so he can teleport between them and he should get experience.

Mt moon 2 is a bad place to train an abra, since there are way to many empty spots. Try cerulian city if you can afford to trade one pokemon on the field for your abra on it.
ps : As the blue dancing tadpole above me said : make sure he teleports near enemies.

Here is my strategy:
Put Abra at the top left and let the top right open so he can teleport between them and put at the rest of the places pokemon strong enough to defeat the enemies
