I stopped grinding all my Pokémon since this patch tho, only 6 or so Pokémon now (those I'll use as regulars)
Getting tedious to level them all without reason xD

1.1mil or so myself.
I don't see having several million as being out of the question for people at this stage, since I spent a lot of time without putting out pokemon, and I also only play when I'm able to pay attention (as I shiny hunt). If someone wanted to just set up pokemon every couple minutes but not pay attention (i.e. killing shinies), then people could definitely accumulate a fairly significant fortune (without needing to hack or no-life or anything like that).
