You have to beat carulean gym with a poliwhirl. If you do that, a man will ask you if you want to give he your poliwhirl and get a jynx instead. Good luck!  |

beat cg1 with a poliwhirl then at the end of the level an old man will ask you to trade poliwhirl for his jynx
