1. The hacking board has been removed completely. Do not discuss hacking in any form on the forums or on chat. Keep it in PM or keep it off site. Failure to do so will result in your account being suspended or banned.
2. Due to abuse from certain members, karma has been disabled.

Question.... is it alright if we say what hacked pokes are floatn' around and whos making them... Because honestly i dont want someone giving me a hacked one and telling me its legit and I think the ones who are doing it need to be exposed so Sam and Dan can decide what to do with them.

There's no way you can be sure about pokemon that are currently released as to whether they are hacked or not, but pokemon such as Blastoise, Onix, Kyogre, if you see those, they are certainly hacked right now.

By my understanding, those ones (pokemon we can't normally get) should be untradable now at least, as the server will do checks.
The assorted hacked other pokemon though, there no way for the server/Sam to tell for, so you have to rely on judgement (unless the pokemon has the wrong moves, in which you can tell it's hacked) on whether the pokemon came form a legit source. (I'm inclined to think that free pokemon being given out in the chats by random anons (or even non-anons) are not an example of a legit source.)
