A brief foreword: I apologize if any person(s) is offended by the creation of this walkthrough as I simply am making this out of my own enjoyment. I enjoy Pokemon games in their entirety as well as this fan game. If anyone is upset that I may have "stolen" their idea, I'm sorry as that was not my intention. I would also like to say now that both the game and my walkthrough are both works in progress.

[01a]How to Play!
Playing Pokemon Tower Defense is rather simple. Using your Pokemon, you must stop the enemy Pokemon from gathering a certain item on each level, ranging from Rare Candies to even Pokeballs. To use a Pokemon, simply click and drag the Pokemon onto a square area where it will be placed and use the move that it has been assigned. Catching Pokemon is also quite easy. Once a Pokemon's health bar reaches red, the Pokemon is available for capture. To capture it, just click and drag the large Pokeball found in the lower left corner onto the Pokemon. If done correctly, the Pokemon will be caught without a hitch!

Obtainable Pokemon:
Rattata
"Boss" Pokemon:
Rattata
==================
When you first start off the game, you'll be sent to Oak's Lab. He'll give you a choice of three starter Pokemon: Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle. They are grass, fire and water types, respectively. Once you choose your Pokemon, the cut scene will switch over to Team Rocket, who are planning to hypnotize Rattatas and have them steal the Rare Candies in Oak's Lab.
The cut scene will soon switch back to yourself and Oak, who asks you which version you'd like to play. Once you choose, Oak notes that there seems to be the sound of a Voltorb about to use Explosion. A hole is blown into the wall and the Rattatas come rushing in. You are to send out your Pokemon and defeat the threat. Simply place your starter out onto the field and have it defeat the Rattatas. It's recommended that you capture one, as the latter waves become very difficult.
Once you get onto the last wave, there is a Rattata that is much stronger than the rest. It cannot be captured, thus making it a so called "Boss" Pokemon. Once it's defeated, the Rattata will all charge at once. Winning seems hopeless! But worry not, as Gary Oak enters the Lab. He sends out his Blastoise, who completely wipes the Rattatas right out of the lab. Oak and Gary converse, which leaves Gary tasked with finding Ash, who has not been found in a long while.
Oak then sends you out onto Route 1.
