5/10. I like it, but it just doesn't look as finished or professional as some of the others I've seen.

He said rate, not "compare with the other userbars". I think it's cool but I don't like the red letters so 8/10 ^-^.

Alright from a professional perspective (hehe professional....) there are a few issues. One was already named: the ellipse. Although it looks minor it is key in giving the userbar a fresh glossy look. The other is your scan lines. Way too thick. Either space them out more or lighten the opacity but it's distracting your image. Finally (and this only goes for the first bar) your image should pause. A continuous motion takes away from the awe factor of your userbars. Overall I'd have to rate them both at 6 out of 10. Your good with your animations, but there are those minor flaws. Congrats an stepping up to the userbar game though. ***EDIT*** Also noticed the second bar is missing a gradient. That's also a key component to giving the userbar a shine effect to keep it from looking flat. (the ellipse also helps accomplish this)

And just to clarify, this is just constructive criticism. You did a great job, especially for just starting out.
