Challenge Level Guild Line

Many people have been making a lot of Challenge levels lately and some of them need some improvement. Here is a quick list of what to do.

1. Make your Challenge Level Challenging. The whole point of a Challenge Level is for the player to be tested to the limits, for them to think outside the box.

2. Be creative. Players don’t just want to play a level where they get a specific Pokemon and battle in a linear level.

3. Be specific. Say which Pokemon you start with (if you start with any), say which Pokemon will be attacking/defending. Say what Levels they are, what moves they have.

4. Go in order. Players don’t want to go back Pewter gym again. Base it off the stories levels. However, if your idea takes place somewhere else that hasn’t been done yet, go ahead.

5. Make a reasonable reward. Suggest a shiny that can be found in both games. Or a feature that can help. Don’t suggest something that has never been discussed/talked about before.

6. Make a Map/Sketch for your idea. Players want to see what the level will look like.

7. Make your Challenge Level Fun. In the end, Players want to have fun, that’s it.

i love this, i been sayying that the whole day, the whole point of a challange level its to be challanging, not pokemons going from A to B and you just defending like in the story mod levels ¬¬

A bridge with 5? (correct me if I'm wrong) trainers, and you get a nugget if you win.

Doing something with nugget bridge is definitely a good idea. Maybe similar to the old rod challenge? where you have to reach the nugget at the end of the bridge? Perhaps Gary is actually at the end? (I'm aware this is set post Kanto so he has omnipowerful pokemon but maybe he brings out one of the weaker pokemon.)
